- Whisk 1 cup Alabama white BBQ sauce, 1 tbsp horseradish, and 1 tsp garlic powder in a bowl
- Butter each hoagie roll and toast under the broiler until golden
- Chop fried chicken tender into bite-sized pieces
- On each toasted roll, layer romaine lettuce, 3 tbsp dill pickles, 3 tbsp chopped chicken, and thin red onion slices
- Drizzle with 2–3 tbsp of the prepared BBQ sauce
