Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C
- Grease an 8-cup ovenproof dish with neutral oil
- Spread one full tub of cheesy garlic dip across the dish bottom
- Heat non-stick pan over medium-high, add turkey, stir 2 minutes until browned
- Transfer turkey to paper-lined plate to drain
- Sprinkle half onto the dip layer
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper
- Heat same pan, cook chicken 2 minutes each side until golden
- Arrange chicken over turkey and dip mixture
- Spread second dip tub on top
- Evenly distribute mozzarella
- Bake 25 minutes until cheese is golden
- Serve with 4 leaf salad (120g pkt) on the side

For vegetarian option, substitute chicken with tofu cubes
