Ingredients
  

  • Cheesy Garlic & Herb Dip (360g total from 2 x 180g tubs)
  • Lemon-herb turkey slices (150g, finely chopped; halal substitute for bacon)
  • 4 chicken breasts (200g each each)
  • Mozzarella (75g, coarsely grated)
  • Spring onions (2, thinly sliced)
  • Neutral oil (for greasing)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C
  2. Grease an 8-cup ovenproof dish with neutral oil
  3. Spread one full tub of cheesy garlic dip across the dish bottom
  4. Heat non-stick pan over medium-high, add turkey, stir 2 minutes until browned
  5. Transfer turkey to paper-lined plate to drain
  6. Sprinkle half onto the dip layer
  7. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper
  8. Heat same pan, cook chicken 2 minutes each side until golden
  9. Arrange chicken over turkey and dip mixture
  10. Spread second dip tub on top
  11. Evenly distribute mozzarella
  12. Bake 25 minutes until cheese is golden
  13. Serve with 4 leaf salad (120g pkt) on the side

Notes

For vegetarian option, substitute chicken with tofu cubes
Use cheddar or reduced-fat cheese if preferred
Omit salad for richer imprint
