  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil (optional, for warming tortillas)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) or heat skillet over medium
  2. Cook chicken breast until no longer pink (10-12 minutes)
  3. Chop romaine lettuce and shred/grill chicken (if not pre-cooked)
  4. Spread Caesar dressing on each tortilla
  5. Layer romaine, chicken, croutons, and Parmesan cheese into each
  6. Optional: Brush tortilla edges with olive oil and warm in oven/skillet
  7. Fold wrap tightly and slice in half (if serving whole) or roll neatly (for handheld)
  8. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 10 minutes to set
