- Chop romaine lettuce and shred/grill chicken (if not pre-cooked)
- Spread Caesar dressing on each tortilla
- Layer romaine, chicken, croutons, and Parmesan cheese into each
- Optional: Brush tortilla edges with olive oil and warm in oven/skillet
- Fold wrap tightly and slice in half (if serving whole) or roll neatly (for handheld)
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for 10 minutes to set
