  • 4 cups seedless red grapes (halved)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (for crumbly topping)

Method
 

  1. Rinse grapes in cold water and drain on paper towels
  2. Cut grapes in half using a paring knife
  3. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla until smooth
  4. Gently fold in grape halves and chopped pecans
  5. Transfer to a serving bowl, refrigerate for 1 hour
  6. Sprinkle crumbled brown sugar and cinnamon mixture before serving
