- Combine chicken thighs with oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes, flipping once.

- To assemble wraps: Warm tortillas on grill, spread Caesar dressing inside, layer romaine and grilled chicken. Fold edges tightly.
