- Heat skillet on medium. Cook ground beef 5-7 minutes until browned; drain excess fat.
- Add sliced onions to skillet; cook 4-5 minutes until caramelized.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, relish, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Butter one side of each rye bread slice.
- Layer each slice with Swiss cheese, beef mixture, Cheddar cheese, and sauce.
- Place remaining bread slices on top (buttered side up). Grill 3-4 minutes per side until golden and cheese is melted.

Use non-stick skillet to prevent cheese from sticking.
