  • 6 small flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing (olive oil-based)
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for drizzle)

Method
 

  1. Combine ground chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt in a large bowl.
  2. Mix gently with a rubber spatula until seasonings are fully incorporated.
  3. Heat skillet to medium heat, add olive oil, and press chicken mixture onto half of each tortilla using a flat object.
  4. Cook until golden and crisp, then flip using parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  5. Top tacos with romaine, Caesar dressing, toasted Parmesan, and drizzle with olive oil.

Notes

For best texture, chill tortillas briefly before cooking to firm them up.
Add avocado slices or pickled onions for extra flavor layers.
