Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C)
- In a food processor or bowl, combine flour, sugar, and butter until crumbly
- Press mixture into a 13x9-inch greased pan
- Bake 12–15 minutes
- In a bowl, mix strawberries, cornstarch, and lemon juice
- Spread filling over hot crust
- Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture over filling
- Bake 25–30 minutes or until golden and set
- Let cool completely
- Cut into 12 bars

Use cold butter for best flaky texture
Can use frozen thawed strawberries
